If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on returns as well.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Qaise Inc, 2626 West lane, Unit 1000, Stockton, CA, 95205.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Qaise-USA, accessible from www.qaise-usa.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Refund Rights
You are entitled to cancel/return Your Order for a full refund within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so as long as the unit is not used or damaged and the product is in its original packaging.
Any return of used products, damaged products, or products missing original packaging or accessories will receive partial or no refund at all. Please contact us before returning any unit if your return falls under this category.
Cancellation: Canceled orders will be refunded right away unless the cancelation is requested after the order has been shipped. Orders canceled after the order has been shipped will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Returns: Returned orders will be refunded once the item arrives back to our warehouse and is inspected. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process the refund after the returned unit is in our possession.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days at the latest. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
