Hi I just brought your qaise 2101 speaker upon first try of use I'm very dissatisfied ☹️☹️☹️ it came with issues concerning the sound when connected with the Bluetooth device such as a phone or iPod when the sound is turned up all the way it distorts and cuts out making listening unenjoyable also there a button that jams when pressed I would like to send it back in exchange for new one working model thank you please respond asap
